The Summer 2010 Pollution Prevention Roundtable is scheduled for June 14 and 15 at the Q Hotel in the Westport section of Kansas City, Missouri.  An agenda for the roundtable meeting is here.  You will find the following sessions scheduled for the Summer Roundtable:

2010 Round table registration

There is no registration fee for this roundtable meeting. However we do still request that you register so we know who will be at the meeting. Registration sign up is available here.


The Location

The roundtable will be located at the Q Hotel.  Make your reservations NOW for the Q Hotel in Westport from Sunday, June 13 through Tuesday, June 15. Twelve rooms have been reserved for our P2 Roundtable at the incredibly low rate of $89/night (includes evening happy hour and a breakfast). The hotel is filling up fast so reserve right away to ensure your space and the best rate. After June 4, the rate goes to $119/night and availability is limited.  Be sure to mention that you are attending the EPA P2 Roundtable. To receive the discount you must call the Q. Refreshments:

Since there is no registration fee for refreshments at the meeting we will try something a bit different!  Please bring a snack to share that is related to or begins with the first letter of your last name.  For example, David Carter can could bring cookies, cake, cheese, carrots, etc.   Feel free to be creative and have some fun!
